Jetbas Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Jetbas platform (jetbas.vu ) and all of its services. By registering on Jetbas or using the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. It is therefore important to read this document in full before you begin using the platform.

Each person is allowed one account on Jetbas. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory.

Information Required at Registration

• Your full legal name as it appears on your ID.
• An active mobile number and email address.
• Your correct date of birth, which will be used for age verification.
• Information on accepted payment methods.

Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify Jetbas support immediately. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account is strongly recommended.

Jetbas supports multiple mobile banking and bank transfer methods for deposits and withdrawals. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is clearly stated on the platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• The required wagering conditions must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date; once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• You may not claim another bonus while one is already active, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for gameplay.
• If promotional code misuse is detected, the bonus will be voided.

Jetbas reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, bonuses that have already been claimed will remain subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of the claim.

All games on Jetbas are powered by internationally recognized Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is determined completely at random and automatically — no person or system can influence the result.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be voided.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to support within 72 hours.
• Each game is governed by its own game provider's rules.
• Playing with multiple accounts is prohibited.

If a technical error or system issue causes an incorrect amount to be displayed in any game, it will be corrected in line with the accurate calculation. Jetbas reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.

Jetbas believes gaming should be an enjoyable experience. We never want any of our members to develop a gaming addiction or suffer financial harm. That is why Jetbas has dedicated measures in place to support responsible gaming.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A temporary Cooling-off period or full Self-Exclusion can be requested at any time.

Jetbas reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registration using false or incorrect information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusive behavior toward other members or staff.

Upon account closure, any legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the investigation is complete.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification.

Jetbas reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
• A saved copy of previous terms will be provided upon request.
